Our Team
At Voli, we pride ourselves on our beautiful team and their passion for our industry. We are so lucky to have two of the most dedicated and energetic emerging stylists in our salon. Tahlia and Rebecca bring so much fun and care to our team and clients everyday, its a pleasure to be on this journey with them into the hairdressing industry.

Caroline and Steph
Caroline and Steph have been friends and working side by side at Voli for 9 years. 6 years ago we went into business together. We are the ying to each others yang and we create a balance of laughter and passion through our work and our lessons to the next generation of amazing hairdressers to learn under us.

Rebecca is our School Based Apprentice. She is currently completing her HSC and preforming in any stage production she can manage on top of her studies and dedication to her trade. Rebecca has a creative and loving heart and enjoys the idea of seeing a full transformation take place in her chair in the future.
Tahlia

Tahlia is our 2nd year apprentice who has followed in her mums footsteps by becoming a hairdresser. Tahlia approaches all aspects of hairdressing with a keen attitude and a perfectionists eye. She has a special interest in tailored colouring and has had her hair every colour imaginable. She knows her colour theory backwards and forwards.

Mel moved over into the hair industry from the beauty world, after owning her own local beauticians salon and went on to complete her apprenceship with Voli in 2018. She had a little break from the industry to add 2 beautiful boys to her family and has since returned to Voli to continue her career with us.

Kiera has been Voli's assistant for 4 years. She makes sure our salon runs as smooth as possible, takes care of all our clients needs and is our personal cheerleader, chef, shopper and organiser. She always embraces clients with a bright smile on her face, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Steph has been a Hairdresser for 15 years. She has always had a great love for making people shine with confidence and beauty. She wholeheartedly believes in creating a space for conversation, relaxation and connection as well as providing beautiful, healthy and stylish hair for everyone who walks through our door.

Caroline made the move into our industry because "who wouldn't want to get paid to talk and laugh with people all day", and she has done that every day of her amazing career. She mixes joy with skill, and stories with love for every client that has sat in her chair.
